When paint on the siding starts to chalk, rain can wash that pigment onto the brick below. We use carefully matched stains to correct the discoloration and bring the brick closer to its original color. The source of the runoff needs attention too, so the problem doesn’t keep coming back.
Get the right color for your HOA or project.
If your HOA has asked for a different color, we can help. We stain brick to match an approved sample or adjust its light reflectance value (LRV)—how much light it reflects. Send us the color or target you’ve been given. We’ll check the wall and any old coatings, test a sample, then stain the brick.
